These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hydrospherecorp.info and your contact with Hydrosphere Restoration Pros ("we," "us" or "our"). By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
Who performs the work
Hydrosphere Restoration Pros connects you with independent, insured restoration technicians who perform the work. We are an answering, referral and dispatch service. The independent restoration technicians who come to your property perform the work and are responsible for it, including the scope you approve with them, any permits, and compliance with applicable law.
Licensing and verification
Every restoration technician we send is licensed where Texas requires it, and insured. Texas does not issue a state license for water or fire damage restoration. Mold remediation of 25 contiguous square feet or more requires a mold remediation contractor licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), and we refer such work only to TDLR-licensed remediators. We do not provide mold assessment or testing. You may verify any mold license on the TDLR license search and ask any technician for proof of insurance before work begins. We do not publish license numbers, certifications or guarantees on this website.
Insurance claims
- We do not adjust, negotiate, settle or advocate on insurance claims, and we are not public adjusters. Your insurance carrier alone decides coverage and payment.
- We and the technicians we connect you with may provide documentation, such as photos, moisture readings, drying logs and itemized scopes, that you may share with your carrier.
- You are responsible for your insurance deductible. Texas law prohibits contractors from waiving, rebating or absorbing a deductible, and no one acting on our behalf will offer to do so.
Estimates and pricing
- This website does not publish prices. Any discussion of cost is general information, not a quote, guarantee or offer.
- The price for a job is set by the technicians performing it after they inspect the property, and is provided as an itemized scope.
- Emergency protection (such as stopping active water or extracting standing water) may begin once you authorize it; further work proceeds after you approve the scope.
- After-hours or emergency fees, if any, are explained before you approve them.
Scheduling and response times
We answer calls 24 hours a day and dispatch the nearest available crew, but we do not guarantee a specific arrival time unless one is expressly confirmed for your job. Response times depend on demand, weather, distance and crew availability, and can be much longer after major storms.
Website content and no warranty
Information on this website, including safety steps, insurance and flood-map information and drying guidance, is for general education only and is not professional, legal, insurance or engineering advice. We do not determine whether any property is in a floodplain or flood pool; consult official county and FEMA maps. For gas leaks, electrical hazards or structural collapse, contact 911 or the appropriate utility first. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydrosphere Restoration Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from work performed by independent technicians. Your remedies for the restoration work itself are with the technicians or company that performed it, subject to their terms and applicable law.

The content, branding and design of this website are owned by Hydrosphere Restoration Pros or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
